We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for calling potential leads, explaining our tour packages, handling queries, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain travel packages, offers, and services clearly and effectively to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain consistent communication.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and report to the sales manager.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English and Bengali (regional language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
