Office Job Work Schedule: Monday - Sunday working, 1 roaster off (Any day in between Wednesday – Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
engage with clients via calls, emails, or in-person to understand their needs.
Provide detailed information about products/services and guide clients through the decision-making process.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for the effective execution of strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Proficiency in Hindi and English. Perks:
