
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting Our services, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and close deals.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
