Key Responsibilities: ● Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs to make tailored sales pitches. ● Product Knowledge: Inform customers about our banking products and services, addressing any inquiries and providing detailed information to facilitate informed decisions. ● Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. ● Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions for future reference and analysis.
