Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain ACT Fibernet broadband plans.

• Convert leads into sales by recommending suitable plans based on customer needs.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

• Coordinate with field sales and installation teams for smooth service activation.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
