job Title: Virtual Relationship Officer (COP Officer)
Location: New Town, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Job Purpose:
To act as a single point of contact for assigned customers of HDFC Bank via phone or digital platforms, ensuring deepening of the relationship through cross-selling, servicing, and providing seamless banking experience remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Customer Relationship Management
Manage a portfolio of a number of mapped customers.
Establish strong rapport with customers via regular interactions (calls, emails, digital platforms).
Address customer queries related to banking products, transactions, and services in a prompt and professional manner.
💼 Sales & Cross-Selling
Achieve assigned targets in terms of product penetration, account activation, and revenue generation.
Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment Products based on customer profile.
Promote usage of digital banking channels to drive business and convenience.
🔄 Service Delivery
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service.
Follow up on service requests, complaints, and escalations until closure.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
📊 Reporting & Compliance
Adhere to daily calling norms, productivity metrics, and KYC/AML guidelines.
Submit MIS and reports to management as required.
Stay updated with HDFC Bank policies, regulatory changes, and market trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of banking products and financial services.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0–3 years in banking, financial services, tele-sales, or relationship management.
