Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our banking sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and Inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services such as credit cards,Home loans, Personal Loan, Insurance Etc .The role demands strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain banking products and services (loans, insurance ,credit cards, etc.) clearly and persuasively.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.

Follow up with leads to ensure closure and conversion.

Maintain accurate customer records and update call outcomes in the CRM system.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in banking or financial services.

Freshers with good communication skills mat also apply.

Basic understanding of banking products and financial terms.

Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English and local language

Sales-driven attitude with a positive and confident approach.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
