About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our growing e-Pharmacy team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote our pharmacy services and products, convert leads into sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or previous inquiries.

• Educate customers on e-pharmacy offerings such as prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, health packages, and delivery services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Take and process orders accurately in the CRM or pharmacy system.

• Follow up on pending orders, renewals, or repeat purchases.

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle customer questions, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with the customer support, logistics, and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.

• Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products is a plus.

• Fluency in [Insert Language/s, e.g., English and Hindi] is required.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in pharmacy or life sciences is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working in an e-commerce or e-pharmacy setup.

• Understanding of prescription and over-the-counter medication handling.

• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
