Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tourism Sales Representative to promote and sell travel and tourism packages to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into bookings, building client relationships, and hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell tourism packages, travel deals, and destination services to individual and group clients.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and respond to travel inquiries via email or messaging platforms.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored travel solutions, including flights, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance.

• Maintain knowledge of current travel trends, destinations, visa regulations, and seasonal promotions.

• Build and maintain a customer database and follow up with leads and past clients.

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Work closely with travel suppliers, tour operators, and internal marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel or tourism sales, customer service, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations, tour packages, and booking platforms (e.g., GDS systems, CRM tools).

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Sales is an advantage.
