We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-focused to join our Sales team and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads

• Explain the company's services and offerings clearly and effectively

• Maintain and update client databases and call records regularly

• Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team

• Follow up on warm leads and existing client queries

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

• Work closely with the Inside Sales team to support campaign execution
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in handling objections and building rapport quickly

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing services (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM usage is a plus)

• Target-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn
