KRA'S:
Make outbound calls to potential business clients and introduce FirstLease's commercial leasing solutions.
Understand customer needs and qualify them as potential leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and effectively.
Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team.
Maintain and update lead database in CRM software.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.
Gather feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Skills Required:
Graduate in any discipline; a background in Sales, Marketing, or Communication is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (B2B or real estate preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a bonus).
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
