As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with clients through virtual platforms (calls, emails, etc.).
2. Identify and meet client needs by offering suitable financial products and services.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
4. Address customer queries promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Graduation is mandatory. ( BCom ,BBA Stream )
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Week Offs: 2nd and 4th Saturday, and all Sundays are off.
