Key Responsibilities
Research and Identification:
Conduct market research to find and identify potential customers (leads) within the target audience.
Prospect Outreach:
Contact potential leads via phone calls to introduce products or services, understand their needs, and generate interest.
Lead Qualification:
Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability and potential interest, ensuring a good fit for the product or service.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings or appointments between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussion and conversion.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, lead status, and relevant information within the CRM system.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share insights, optimize campaigns, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the volume and quality of leads generated.
