We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products or services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication techniques.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Stay updated with product knowledge, sales promotions, and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback for process improvement.
Proven experience as a telesales representative, sales executive, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
