About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our Direct and B2B sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential B2B and direct sales opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfillment.

• Maintain and update sales records and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged).

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).

• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
