We are looking for a sales support to join our team at Healthmug pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling order-related issues, payments, returns, and guiding users through our platform across multiple communication channels , the position offers a salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, phone, and app
Resolve order, payment, and return-related issues
Guide new users through o nboarding and product features
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• Update and manage FAQs and help content
Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
