Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set appointments. Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome, while experienced candidates in telesales/telecalling will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain product/service details clearly and effectively.

• Generate leads, build customer interest, and convert calls into sales.

• Maintain customer database and follow up on leads.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Work closely with the sales team to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with telesales/telecalling experience.

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/Regional language as needed).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset.
