We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and closing sales. Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality are essential.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or cold leads.
Promote and explain products or services over the phone.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.
Provide feedback on customer trends to the sales and marketing teams.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
