Job Summary:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students (adults, teens, and parents), explaining our acting programs, and enrolling them into our workshops and courses. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by converting leads into sign-ups and ensuring a smooth experience for all enrollees.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads from our website, social media, and campaigns

Explain program details clearly and convincingly

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

Convert interested prospects into enrolled students

Maintain lead records using CRM tools or Google Sheets

Provide basic customer support related to course queries and schedules

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English is a plus

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred

Confident, polite, and persuasive attitude

Ability to work independently with basic computer and phone skills

Interest in theatre or performing arts is a bonus
