Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales deals, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Visit potential customers to present company products and services.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales and client communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
