We are hiring experienced Telesales Executives for our Ayurvedic healthcare company Arif Pharma Pvt. Ltd. (Dua Dawai Brand), with a strong background in B2C sales of Ayurvedic and Herbal products. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our herbal products, handling queries, and converting leads into successful orders. Daily responsibilities include outbound calling, customer follow-ups, achieving sales targets, and maintaining records in CRM/Excel. Candidates must have experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the Ayurveda, Herbal, Pharma, or Wellness industry. In addition, the candidate should have good knowledge of Ayurvedic health, wellness, and herbs to guide customers effectively and build trust. Strong communication and convincing skills, and the ability to maintain long-term customer relationships are essential.
