Experience: Experience in Tele -Sales is a must (minimum 6months-1year preferred),
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, Graduates preferred
Key Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills. The candidate should be proficient in Hindi & Bengali.  Target oriented and self-driven.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales
Clearly explain product features , benefits and eligibility criteria
Generate Leads ,follow up and ensure successful conversions
Maintain customer interaction records and daily sales reports
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
