We are seeking a proactive, result-driven Telesales Executive for our B2B distributorship channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by making outbound calls, following up leads, maintaining client relationships, and closing deals with distributors, wholesalers, and businesses. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients (distributors, wholesalers, retailers etc.) to introduce and promote products/services.
Generate new business leads and follow up on existing leads.
Understand client needs and propose the right product/distribution solution.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with distributor partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, opportunities, negotiations, and sales in the CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional support, product updates, inventory information, etc.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Provide market feedback, competitor information, and distributor insights to management.
Participate in training and skill development sessions as required.
Education: Minimum 12th standard (High school); preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce or related field.
Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in B2B telesales, telecalling, or distributor management/sales; freshers with strong communication may be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in [English / Local Languages].
Persuasive, with good negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (MS Office etc.).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to plan own work and follow up leads.
