Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and follow up on warm leads.
Understand customer needs and present relevant products or services to them.
Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping and Administration:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Process orders, payments, and other transactions accurately.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
