Senior Academic Counselor cum Telesales Manager:
Respond to inquiries from prospective clients & Students phone, email, and in-person.
Provide information about Course details.
Review and evaluate Query from Students.
Make admission from students and agents.
Bring 5 to 10 admissions to get an exclusive incentive range from Rs 5000/- to 300000/-and increment of 5000 within 3 months.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key students & Education Agents.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Good Communication Skill.
- 2+ years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
SALARY AND OTHER BENIFITS
- Competitive salary 30,000 to 50,000 per month.
