The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote company products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote products/services and explain their benefits clearly and effectively.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential sales opportunities.

Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
