JD FOR TELEMARKETING
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Identify new sales opportunities through existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services to meet their needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, support, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, or networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management.
