Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to handle inbound telemarketing calls for guest reservations and inquiries. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for potential guests, providing information about our hotel services, room categories, pricing, and offers, and assisting in smooth reservation conversions. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and provide hotel information, availability, and room rates.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by following a structured pitch and consultative approach.
• Understand guest needs and offer customised solutions (e.g., room upgrades, packages, special discounts).
• Upsell hotel services including spa, dining, transport, etc.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure accurate data entry of guest information and reservation details in the CRM/PMS.
• Collaborate with the front office, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Meet daily and monthly call handling and conversion targets.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and professional telephone etiquette.
• Handle WhatsApp or email inquiries, if integrated.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inbound call handling, guest reservations, or customer service (preferably in hospitality, travel, or BPO).
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory; regional languages a plus).
• Knowledge of hospitality CRMs or Property Management Systems (Hotelogix, Opera, IDS, etc.) is desirable.
• Pleasant telephone voice and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet conversion targets.
• Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management or Tourism preferred).
