Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can make outbound calls to potential customers, explain products or services, resolve inquiries, and assist in lead generation or sales conversion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis.
Provide information about products/services over the phone.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Resolve customer queries and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of calls and customer responses.
Coordinate with the sales or support team to achieve targets.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during conversations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling or BPO is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.)
Good listening, patience, and customer-handling abilities
Preferred Skills:
Sales pitch development, lead follow-up, voice clarity, time management
