We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive with a strong go-getter attitude to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, positive energy, convincing ability, and the confidence to handle client interactions, lead generation, and business coordination for our creative and media-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and business leads

• Explain company services and project offerings professionally

• Generate leads, follow-ups, and client appointments

• Maintain client database and daily call records

• Coordinate with the business development and creative teams

• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication

• Achieve calling and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication

• Positive attitude with confidence and self-motivation

• Go-getter personality with target-oriented mindset

• Basic computer and social media knowledge

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or client handling preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
