Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Home Loan to lead a team of sales or processing executives. The candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience in the home loan process, including documentation, eligibility evaluation, or telesales. This role requires leadership skills, deep knowledge of the home loan workflow, and a strong focus on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team handling home loan sales or processing

• Guide team members on lead generation, loan application process, eligibility, and documentation

• Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales or processing targets

• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries related to home loans

• Conduct regular training to improve team knowledge of home loan products and procedures

• Maintain coordination with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth disbursal

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan progress

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards (RBI, KYC, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Home Loan process (sales or backend processing)

• Prior team handling experience preferred (formal or informal leadership)

• Strong knowledge of housing loan eligibility, documentation, and underwriting basics

• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills

• Graduate in any discipline

• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and loan management software
