Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in Telecalling/Telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leader Mandatory
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team effectively.
Good understanding of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and commitment to achieving targets.
Supervise and lead the Telecalling team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Management to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
