Key Responsibilities: ✅ Team Management & Leadership Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance agents. Set clear goals and monitor team performance. Provide coaching, training, and support to improve individual and team performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
✅ Sales & Business Development Drive sales targets and ensure the team achieves revenue and productivity goals. Develop sales strategies and assist team members in closing deals.
