About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives up to ₹40,000 per month, providing a great opportunity for earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Keep records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Good command of written and spoken English (and local language if applicable)

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
