We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Xplor Impact Ventures Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹12000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calls
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide relevant information.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-up
Identify prospective leads from call lists or databases.
Follow up on leads and maintain continuous communication to convert them into customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
4. Sales & Conversion
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Upsell or cross-sell products where applicable.
5. Data Entry & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in CRM systems.
Update databases with new contact information.
6. Problem Handling
Address customer concerns or complaints politely and effectively.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
7. Communication & Feedback
Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team on customer trends and demands.
Participate in team meetings to improve scripts, pitches, and call strategies.
8. Compliance & Professionalism
Follow company calling scripts and guidelines.
Adhere to all tele calling laws, privacy norms, and organizational policies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
