Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our banking team for credit card sales. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining credit card features, addressing queries, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote credit card products.
Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and offers clearly to customers.
Identify customer needs and match them with the right credit card.
Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call targets, lead conversions, and monthly sales goals.
Update customer information and sales records in the system.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and data confidentiality.
Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (banking or credit card sales preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
