We are seeking a motivated and communicative Telecalling Executive to join our team and support the candidate mobilization and follow-up process for various skill development and livelihood programs. The candidate will play a vital role in creating awareness, generating interest, and coordinating with potential trainees and beneficiaries.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates to inform them about skill training programs
Explain program features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and job opportunities post-training
Maintain a daily calling log and update the CRM/MIS portal with feedback and follow-up status
Handle queries from candidates and convince them to enroll for training programs
Conduct telephonic verification of documents and eligibility
Follow up with mobilizers and field staff to ensure candidate turnout and batch participation
Coordinate with the counseling, documentation, and training teams
Assist in organizing online and offline mobilization drives
Share details with interested candidates via WhatsApp/SMS/email
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
Confident telephone manner and persuasive abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage time effectively
Energetic and result-oriented attitude
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
Basic computer literacy is mandatory
Passion for working in the skill development and social impact space
Willingness to work in target-driven environments
Ability to quickly learn about new schemes and training programs
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
As per entry-level industry standards
