We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Fourcourse Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company’s database and marketing-generated leads.
Enter and update customer details accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Follow up on leads assigned through the CRM and maintain proper lead status.
Customer Engagement
Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project features to potential clients.
Handle queries, share brochures, and provide accurate information about properties.
Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with prospective buyers.
Appointment Scheduling
Fix site visits or meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
Ensure proper follow-up to confirm visits and track attendance in the CRM.
Follow-up & Conversion Support
Maintain continuous follow-up with leads until they are converted or closed.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals and update CRM accordingly.
Reporting & Documentation
Generate and share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion progress.
Maintain call logs and ensure all interactions are recorded in the CRM.
Target Achievement
Work towards achieving monthly call targets, site visits, and booking goals set by the company.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure calls adhere to company communication standards and guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of client data and follow data protection protocols.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
