Telecalling Duties (60%):
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch security services.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and quotations.
• Maintain a record of daily calls, responses, and outcomes.
• Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the Sales/Operations Manager.
• Send service proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails.
• Maintain polite and professional phone etiquette at all times.
Administrative Duties (40%):
• Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination.
• Maintain proper filing of documents – invoices, agreements, client records.
• Coordinate between departments and share internal reports as required.
• Assist in billing, salary processing support, and HR coordination.
• Maintain stock of office and field materials (uniforms, ID cards, registers).
