Basic Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi (English aayega toh plus point).
Polite and confident phone manners.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling, etc.).
Fresher or 1+ year telecalling/telemarketing experience.
Additional Skills (preferred):
Ability to handle client queries and generate leads.
Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Should have a clear voice and be persuasive.
