Lead Generation & Nurturing: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases to generate and qualify leads.
Client Communication: Engage with prospective buyers, provide detailed information about our properties, and answer all their queries.
Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate site visits and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information, call records, and interactions in the CRM software.
Sales Support: Follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience and assist the sales team in achieving their sales objectives.
Good Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a patient and persuasive personality with good communication skills.
