Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 6 months of BPO or telesales experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database.

• Pitch products or services and explain their benefits to customers.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow up as necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with the team to improve sales techniques and customer interactions.

• Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in telesales or working in a BPO sales process.

• Excellent communication skills in [language(s), e.g., English, Hindi].

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call handling systems.

• Positive attitude, persistence, and strong persuasive skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound BPO voice process (domestic or international).

• Prior experience in selling.
