Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and self-motivated Calling Executives to join our remote telecalling team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to potential customers/clients, promote products or services, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call logs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers

• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively

• Generate interest and schedule callbacks or conversions

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems

• Follow up with leads to ensure closure

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English (other regional languages a plus)

• Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory

• A smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
