Motorpedia365 Revolution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products and services, accurately managing customer data, and contributing to sales growth. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Understand customer needs and pitch relevant offerings to drive conversions.
Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize closure rates.
Handle questions about products and services professionally.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports and provide performance updates to the team.
Support data management and basic administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience Range: 0.6 to 2 years of telesales or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
