Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise: Manage and oversee daily operations of the customer care team to ensure continuous service.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high levels of efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on performance metrics, trends, and areas needing improvement.
Leads Generation : Ensuring new business leads to convert into sales and revenue, and maintain strong relationships with customers by team .
Training and Development: Onboard, train, and provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback to identify issues and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term objectives and strategic plans for the customer care team.
Process Improvement: Conduct regular audits of customer care processes and performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address cross-functional issues and optimize business opportunities.
Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years in a customer care environment,
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English,Hindi,Telugu
Working knowledge MS-Office
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
Problem-solving aptitude with a keen attention to detail.
