Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and confident telecaller to talk to customers over the phone and help them with insurance services. Your main job is to explain different insurance plans, answer questions, and convince customers to buy or renew policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Make phone calls to customers every day
Explain insurance products like health, life, or vehicle insurance
Answer customer questions clearly and politely
Follow up with interested customers
Keep records of calls and customer details
Reach daily or weekly sales targets
Skills Needed:
Good communication skills (in English or local language)
Basic knowledge of insurance (training can be provided)
Ability to convince and build trust with customers
Patience and a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduation
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
