Position Title: Telesales Executive – Home Loan & LAP (Lead Generation)
Department: Sales
Location: Andheri East,Mumbai
Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
🎯 Role Objective
To generate qualified leads for Home Loan and Loan Against Property products by contacting prospective customers through outbound calling, explaining product features, and setting appointments for the sales team.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
Explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of Home Loan and LAP products.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the field sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Handle basic customer queries and transfer complex queries to the appropriate sales personnel.
Provide feedback from customers and prospects to improve product offerings and pitch quality.
🧩 Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: 0.6–3 years in telesales/telecalling (preferably in BFSI/Home Loans/LAP/Personal Loans)
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude and persistence.
💰 Compensation
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (as per company norms).
