Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. You will play a key role in generating leads and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.

• Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information.

• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations, if required.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally.

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate

• Proven experience in Telecalling, tele sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / local language – customize as needed].

• Ability to handle rejections and remain confident and courteous.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.

• Good listening skills and a problem-solving attitude.
