We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Surat (Piplod). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products/services, and maintain positive client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.

• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales or schedule appointments.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Provide accurate information about products or services as per company guidelines.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.

• Prepare reports and share feedback with the team lead or manager.

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Graduation (Any Stream)

• Good verbal communication and listening skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred).

• Strong customer service and persuasive skills.

• Fresher or candidates with prior telecalling experience are welcome.
