Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our outbound calling team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales or leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database/leads.

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively.

• Generate interest, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the system.

• Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and calling guidelines.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th and above

• Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, or BPO preferred (freshers welcome).

• Strong communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].

• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
